As a Mechanical / HVAC Engineer at CoreX, you’ll design the heating, ventilation, and cooling systems behind commercial, institutional, healthcare, and mixed-use projects across the U.S. From early load calculations to fully coordinated Revit models and construction documents, you’ll carry each mechanical design from concept through documentation — sizing equipment, laying out air and hydronic distribution, and resolving coordination with the wider team along the way. It’s detail-driven engineering with the autonomy to own your work, backed by a firm that takes real pride in keeping every design clean, efficient, and code-compliant.
- Design full HVAC systems — air distribution, ventilation, exhaust, and hydronic piping
- Run the heating and cooling load calculations that anchor every design
- Size ductwork, piping, and equipment with confidence
- Build coordinated Revit MEP models and clean construction documents
- Develop equipment schedules and engineering calculations
