CoreX Engineers provides MEP design support nationwide across the United States. Our team is experienced with jurisdiction-specific codes and local AHJ requirements, and our deliverables are prepared for review and sealing by the licensed engineer of record for your project’s state.

Every project follows our three-phase process: Pre-Design (plan review, scope alignment, question clarification), Design (engineering calculations, BIM/CAD modeling, QA/QC), and Post-Design (permit submissions, plan check responses, RFI support). We set clear milestones at 30%, 60%, and 90% design stages so you always know where your project stands.

You will receive a complete, permit-ready MEP package including engineering drawings, calculations, equipment schedules, specifications, energy compliance documentation, BIM/CAD coordination models, and a full permit submission package — prepared for final review and sealing by the engineer of record. Post-design, we also provide RFI responses and shop drawing reviews throughout construction.

Our rigorous pre-design process and thorough QA/QC reviews mean many of our projects receive permit approval on the very first submission with zero or minimal comments. When corrections are required, we manage the full plan check correction cycle and resubmission process — keeping your project timeline on track.

We use industry-standard tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane TRACE 3D+, Elite Software (RHVAC/DPIPE), ETAP, SKM PTW32, AGi32, Visual Lighting, Bluebeam Revu, and Navisworks — ensuring full BIM coordination and compatibility with your existing workflow.
