4. Engineering Design-Support Services

CoreX Engineers LLC provides Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering design-support and production services pursuant only to separately executed written agreements.

All deliverables produced by CoreX — including drawings, models, calculations, schedules, and compliance documentation — are prepared under the direction of, and for the final review, approval, sealing, and issuance by, the client's licensed Engineer of Record. CoreX does not seal or stamp engineering documents, is not the Engineer of Record on any project, does not hold responsible charge for any design, and is not retained to practice professional engineering in any jurisdiction. The client's licensed Engineer of Record holds responsible charge for the design and is solely responsible for its submission to any authority having jurisdiction.

CoreX makes no representation or warranty as to the outcome of any permit, plan-check, or other review by an authority having jurisdiction. Approval is the decision of the reviewing authority.

The scope, deliverables, standard of care, and allocation of professional liability applicable to any engagement are governed exclusively by the terms of the applicable client agreement.

5. No Client Relationship

Your use of this website, including submitting inquiries or contacting us through forms, email, or telephone, does not establish a client relationship or contractual obligation.

A client relationship exists only after both parties execute a written agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreX Engineers LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
