HVAC / Mechanical Engineering Design
Load calculations, system selection, and complete mechanical construction documents — sized for real occupancy and documented to the IMC or UMC, the IECC or state energy code, and the applicable ASHRAE standards (62.1, 90.1). Full-design sets include room-by-room load calculations, documented equipment selection, and energy-code compliance documentation, produced in your templates and title block.

Electrical Engineering Design
Power distribution, lighting, panel schedules, and load studies — coordinated and documented to the NEC, with lighting power density and controls per the adopted energy code (IECC, ASHRAE 90.1 or Title 24 Part 6 as applicable). Packages include power and lighting plans, photometric calculations, panel schedules, single-line and riser diagrams, and load calculations, delivered in your CAD or Revit standards.

Plumbing Engineering Design
Water, sanitary, storm, and gas system design — sized and documented to the applicable plumbing code (IPC, UPC, or state code, per jurisdiction), with fuel gas to the IFGC or NFPA 54, for build-ready plumbing sets. Full-design packages include fixture-unit calculations, pipe sizing, fixture schedules, and water, sanitary, vent, storm, and gas riser diagrams.

Code & Energy Compliance
Adopted editions and local amendments confirmed at kickoff, then documented on the sheets.

- Performance-path energy modeling (IECC C407 / ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G) where the prescriptive path doesn’t fit
- Ventilation traced to ASHRAE 62.1, 62.2, or 170, and lighting power and controls to the energy code
- Code basis stated on the drawings so the reviewer can follow it
Review & Construction Support
Independent review and help after the set is issued, with sign-off resting with the licensed engineer or authorized reviewer.
