Under the agreed white-label workflow, CoreX branding does not appear on the cover sheet, title block, revision block, or client-facing PDF/CAD/Revit deliverables. We do not contact or market to your client unless your firm expressly authorizes direct project communication. We'll sign your NDA before any files change hands, and your client list stays confidential.
The licensed Engineer of Record designated for the project is responsible for reviewing and sealing the final engineering documents. Under this white-label service, CoreX provides design-production support and documented calculations, basis-of-design information, and a code-compliance path for that licensed engineer to review under responsible charge. CoreX does not seal or stamp drawings and is not the engineer of record. CoreX does not replace the project's Engineer of Record, and does not provide or arrange the sealing engineer.
Yes — that's the core of white-label. We produce natively in your sheet templates, title block, layer and CAD standards, and Revit families and worksets, so the set reads as your own and is prepared to integrate into your project. Send us your standards package and a sample set up front; we'll match it sheet-for-sheet. File metadata and authoring fields are cleaned to your conventions before delivery.
We write out the load calculations and basis of design and document the code-compliance path to the AHJ's adopted editions — IBC, IMC, IECC, ASHRAE 90.1 and 62.1, NEC, IPC/UPC/NSPC, and IFGC/NFPA 54 — rather than handing over drawings alone. Independent in-house QA/QC runs before anything reaches your reviewer. That gives the licensed engineer of record on your project a documented, auditable basis to review under responsible charge before sealing.
Yes. We review AHJ comments, contractor RFIs, and submittal questions; prepare the technical response package; and revise affected sheets, calculations, schedules, and supporting narratives. For white-label work, the package follows your templates and agreed communication workflow. Your engineer of record reviews and issues the response; official plan-review determinations remain with the AHJ or its authorized reviewer. Any required professional seal or jurisdiction-specific Engineer-of-Record sign-off remains with the appropriately licensed Engineer of Record.
