MEP Engineering Design,
Delivered Under Your Seal.

CoreX is the production engine behind engineering, AE, and design-build firms. We produce code-compliant HVAC, electrical, and plumbing construction documents — the licensed engineer of record on your project reviews and seals them, and your client never sees us.

Behind Your Brand

Your Seal, Your Brand — We're Invisible.

White-label MEP is production capacity, not a hand-off of responsibility. You give us your title block, your CAD/Revit standards, and your basis of design; we hand back a complete, coordinated, code-compliant set built in your templates. The licensed engineer of record on your project reviews it, exercises responsible charge, and seals it as your firm's own work — your client sees your brand and your PE on the stamp, and never sees CoreX.

Entirely Behind the Scenes

From cover sheet to PDF metadata, the set reads as your firm's own — there is no trace of an outside production partner.

  • Our name never appears on a cover sheet, title block, or revision block — the set carries your firm's identity only
  • PDF and CAD/Revit file metadata, authoring fields, and properties are cleaned to your standards before delivery
  • We never touch plan-check responses or AHJ correspondence — those go out under your firm and the licensed engineer of record on your project
  • We never contact, market to, or are introduced to your client — the relationship stays entirely yours
  • Produced natively in your sheet templates, layer/CAD standards, and Revit families so it drops in seamlessly
  • Signed NDA on every engagement, and your client list stays confidential

Built for Your PE to Seal

The licensed engineer of record on your project can only seal what they can stand behind — so we deliver the calculations and the compliance path written out, not just drawings.

  • Load calculations and the basis of design are written out and traceable, so your reviewer audits the engineering, not just the linework
  • The code-compliance path is documented to the AHJ's adopted editions — IBC, IMC, IECC, ASHRAE 90.1/62.1, NEC, IPC/UPC, IFGC — confirmed up front
  • Independent in-house QA/QC runs before any set reaches your reviewer, catching coordination and code issues early
  • You set the basis of design, direct the work, and review the full set under responsible charge — then you seal it
  • CoreX is design-support production only; your licensed PE is, and remains, the engineer of record

White-Label MEP — Common Questions

Quick answers about how white-label design support works behind your firm.

No. Our name never appears on a cover sheet, title block, revision block, or in the PDF/CAD/Revit file metadata — every deliverable is produced in your templates and carries your firm's identity only. We never contact or market to your client, and we never touch plan-check responses or AHJ correspondence; those go out under your firm and the licensed engineer of record on your project. Every engagement runs under a signed NDA, and your client list stays confidential. To your client, the set is your firm's own work.

You are. CoreX is design-support production only and never seals or stamps anything. On a white-label engagement your firm holds the PE seal: you set the basis of design, direct the work, review the full set under responsible charge, and apply your engineer's stamp. We give you the load calculations, basis-of-design narrative, and a code-compliance path documented to the adopted editions so the licensed engineer of record on your project can audit the engineering and seal with confidence.

Yes — that's the core of white-label. We produce natively in your sheet templates, title block, layer and CAD standards, and Revit families and worksets, so the set reads as your own and drops straight into your project without re-formatting. Send us your standards package and a sample set up front; we'll match it sheet-for-sheet. File metadata and authoring fields are cleaned to your conventions before delivery.

We write out the load calculations and basis of design and document the code-compliance path to the AHJ's adopted editions — IBC, IMC, IECC, ASHRAE 90.1 and 62.1, NEC, IPC/UPC, and IFGC/NFPA 54 — rather than handing over drawings alone. Independent in-house QA/QC runs before anything reaches your reviewer. That gives the licensed engineer of record on your project a documented, auditable basis to review under responsible charge before sealing.

We support it from behind your firm. When a jurisdiction issues comments, we prepare the technical responses and revised sheets and feed them to you — but the responses and any AHJ correspondence go out under your firm and the licensed engineer of record on your project, never directly from CoreX. We confirm the AHJ's adopted code editions before design starts so plan check stays clean, and we turn comment revisions around quickly to protect your submittal schedule.
